    alymers creamed canned corn 19oz 540ml) 1 can
    2% milk 19oz
    sweeten to taste.


One whole can of creamed corn 19oz. in stick free pot
Fill can with 2%milk then add to pot.
salt + pepper to taste.
1 sugar sub packet or 1 tsp real sugar (to taste)

stir on med low heat for 2 minutes than let simmer for 4 minutes constantly stirring

Can add a pat of low fat marg or butter
