Ingredients

    2 cups Water
    1/4 cup COLD Butter, cut into pieces
    2 tsp. Lemon Juice
    2 Eggs
    2 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1 3/4 tsp. Salt
    3 Tbsp. Oat Bran
    1/4 cup Wheat Bran
    1/2 cup Psyllium Husks
    1/4 cup Ground Flax Seeds
    1/2 cup Protein Whey
    3 Tbsp. Nutritional Yeast Flakes
    1/2 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
    4 1/2 tsp. Active Dry Yeast

Directions

This is for a bread machine. Place room temperature ingredients and cold butter in pan in order listed. Select Whole Wheat cycle. Check dough consistency after 5 minutes of kneading. The dough should be in a soft, tacky ball. If it is dry and stiff, add water, 1/2 to a tbsp. at a time. If it is too wet and sticky, add 1 tbsp. of flour at a time.
