    egg or egg whites, broccoli, sundried tomatoes, feta cheese or mozzarella cheese, bacon or turkey bacon, onion


1. whip 1 egg, 1/4 C of egg white, 2 Tbl of skim milk in bowl.
2. chop up broccoli, onions, tomatoes and bacon
3. heat 2 tbl. of olive oil in pan and saute veggies
4. add bacon to mixture
5. pour egg mixture over veggies
6. cook on low-med heat until egg sets
7. while egg is cooking turn broiler on high
8. once egg is set, take pan and put in broiler until top starts to brown up.
9. sprinkle cheese on top and broil another few minutes until melted.
