Ingredients

    1 cup low-fat milk
    1 cup water
    Pinch of salt
    1 cup old fashioned oats
    1 very ripe banana, mashed
    1 tbsp maple syrup
    1 tbsp chopped walnuts
    1 tbsp flax seed meal
    1/4 cup packed raisins

Directions

Mix water, milk and pinch of salt. Bring to boil. Add oats, reduce heat to medium and cook 5 - 6 minutes stirring occassionally. cover, remove from heat for 2-3 minutes. Mix in Banana, Walnuts, Flax, Raisins and Syrup.
