Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 1 oz
    *Beef Gravy, 1 cup
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    seneca canned mixed vegetables, 1 serving

Directions

Boil 2 cups of rice in 2 cups of water stir vigorously . put a small amount of cooking oil (1tsp) in to a small skillet and season to taste, add flour and slowly cook on setting 5 on stove then when all of it has turned brown add water (1 cup ) stir and cook for 3 miniutes then let stand to thicken. Fry cubed steak patties untill desiered color. drain off grease and pour on gravy. bring vegetables to a boil season to taste. serves 4
