Introduction

Ingredients

    Whole chicken boiled and deboned
    8 oz of Sour Cream
    2 cans of Cream of Chicken OR Mushroom
    2 tubes of Rits crackers for topping w/ 2 tbsp of melted butter(optional)
    1 Tbsp Poppy Seed

Directions

Boiled and debone chicken (Also use cooked boneless chicken but cut into small pieces).
Mix soup, sour cream, chicken, pour into very large casserole dish.
Spread topping, if wanted and bake for 40 min. FYI Its yummy without topping also.
Spread Poppy Seed over chicken mixture.
Spread over 1 cup of rice
