Introduction

Quick and easy and a little spicy! Quick and easy and a little spicy!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 Skinless/boneless Chicken breasts
    3 cups egg noodles - any type (we used similar to rotini)
    1 green pepper - fajita size slices
    1 red pepper - fajita size slices
    1/2 white or yellow onion - sliced
    1/2 cup cajun marinade
    1 tsp chili powder
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 tsp crushed red peppers

Directions

Boil 3 cups of egg noodles - while noodles cooking, Place 1 tbsp oil in pan - cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Add pepper and salt as desired. Slice onion, green pepper, red pepper into fajita size slices (bite size/forkable). Place in a separate pan with other 1 tbsp of olive oil and cook to slightly browned edges, but still with some crisp. In bowl, mix all other ingredients. When chicken, veggies and noodles done, add to sauce mixture. Serve and enjoy.
