Ingredients

    1 pound bnls skls chicken breast
    2 pkgs ramen noodles, without the seasoning packs
    1 12 oz frozen broccoli
    1.5 cups baby carrots, cut in half
    1 med onion sliced
    4 T soy sauce
    1 T sesame seeds
    1 t minced garlic

Directions

Boil water for the noodles, add carrots, bring to a boil. In a seperate frying pan, saute in olive oil, chicken, onions, garlic and sesame seeds. Once carrots are tender, strain from noodle water, add to frying pan and put noodles into boiling water. Cook noodles 3 minutes then add frozen broccoli, and return to a boil. After boiling for about 3 minutes, combine noodles and broccoli into the frying pan. Add soy sauce, and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
