Ingredients

    Atlantic Salmon (fish), 200 grams (remove)
    *Coley Fillet, 200 gram(s) (remove)
    *king prawns, 200 gram(s) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 2 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, 0.1 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    *Sainsbury's Lasagne sheets (20g each), 180 gram(s) (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 50 grams (remove)

Directions

1. chop fish & prawns into smallish chunks
2. fry onion in oil
3. make white sauce with milk and flour (whisk together, bring to simmer & cook until thickened - if more flour required mix flour with a little water and add)
4. Add 2/3 of white sauce to onions, add chopped fish & prawns to this
5. layer fish/sauce mix & lasagne sheets, starting with fish and ending with lasagne - should have 3-4 layers of pasta depending on size of dish used
6. top with remaining white sauce & sprinkle with cheese
7. Bake in oven 180 degrees C for 30-40min until cheese browned.
