Ingredients

    Chicken Breast - 3oz
    Romaine Lettuce - 1/2 cup
    Tomato - 2 slices
    Dill Pickles - 1/4 cup
    Jalapeno Peppers - 1/4 cup
    Green Peppers - 1/4 cup
    Yellow Mustard - 1 tsp
    Fat Free American Cheese - 1/4 cup
    Whoe Wheat Wrap - 1

Directions

Cut 3oz Chicken Breast into small bite pieces and place on oven (low) to cook.
While chicken is cooking - start cutting the lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapenos, and bell peppers into bite size pieces.
Once chicken is cooked - and water has dried place 1 slice of Fat Free American Cheese over chicken to melt.
Get the Whole Wheat Wrap and place in pan over oven until warm.
Put wrap on a plate and apply mustard.
Put the chicken on the wrap - then top the chicken with the lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapenos, and bell peppers.
Close the wrap in half - cut in half. Then eat!! Enjoy!
