Ingredients

    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 cup broccoli, chopped
    1 mango cubed
    1 barbecued chicken breast, sliced
    1-2 spring onions chipped
    6 cups romaine lettuce
    1 cup Chow Mein noodles (for top)
    4 tbsp. Poppyseed Dressing (or to taste)

Directions

Place lettuce in large bowl. Add other ingredients except noodles and dressing. Toss lightly. Garnish with noodles and a few pieces mushroom, tomato and mango. Serve dressing on the side.
