Ingredients

    1.75 lbs lean ground beef; brown, crumbled and drained
    1 pkg (1 oz - 2 Tbsp) taco seasoning
    1 pkg (1 oz - 2 Tbsp) ranch dressing mix
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can rotel tomatoes (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
    2 cans diced or crushed tomatoes

Directions

Add all ingredients to crock pot or large soup kettle. Heat and serve. Note: I rinse the beans and corn before adding. For an extra treat for those picky eaters, add shredded cheese, sour cream and serve with multi-grain tortilla chips (or corn chips).
