Introduction

Delicious tuna salad kicked up a notch with famous Maryland Old Bay Seasoning.
Note: If your watching your sodium intake, you may want to reduce the Old Bay or omit it completely and use fresh ground pepper.
Delicious tuna salad kicked up a notch with famous Maryland Old Bay Seasoning.

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 cans Starkist Solid White Albacore Tuna, in water
    3 tbsp Kraft Light Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
    1 tsp spicy brown mustard
    2 lg eggs
    2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

Start by hard-boiling the eggs. After cooking, peel and chop.
Drain cans of tuna. Mix with all ingredients, saving the egg for last. Blend well.

Serve on toasted bread of your choice. My favorite is Arnold Oat Nut bread.

Makes 10 sandwiches.
