Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/4 cup rasins
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup flax seed
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 6oz yogurt starberry light
    3/4 old fashion oats
    1/8 canola oil

Directions

add all ingrediants together and using a 12 cup muffin pan eavenly distribute the mixture. remeber to spray pan
bake at 350 for up to 15 minutes
