Introduction

A combination of other people`s recipes plus a bit of my own. Spice meter can be cranked up or lowered down by you as the temperature is controlled by the chipole pepper. Ingredients

1 LB chicken, boneless skinless - I use breast but thighs could be substituted.
    1 jar green tomatillo salsa
    1 large can diced tomatoes
2 19oz can black beans drained and rinsed
1 can condensed 1/2 fat cream of broccoli and cheese soup
    1 can corn
    1-2 clove minced garlic
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 WHOLE chipotle pepper
    1 tsp chili powder
adole sauce to taste (1 use 1 tsp)

Directions

In large bowl mix, add ingredients, leave chipotle pepper whole . Pour 1/3 of mixture into bottom of large crock pot, add chicken, cover with remaining mixture. Stir around, heat for 15 min, *remove whole chipotle pepper or leave in longer to cook in more spice*Cook on high for 3 hr or low for 6-8. Serves 4 generously 6 with side . I serve with a green or radish salad and rice not accounted for in nutritional count.

* this makes a soup like chili - to thicken up add more chicken or a chunkier salsa. can also add extra veggies - zucchini, peppers etc
