    2 Pieces String Cheese
    Egg Substitute
    Italian Style Bread Crumbs


Cut string cheese in half, so it makes 4 small pieces. Dip the cheese into the egg substitute & coat with bread crumbs.

Bake @ 400 for 4-5 mins.

    Was very yummy!! I used plain panko bread crumbs (that's what I had on hand) and added italian seasoning and garlic powder. Next time I will regular bread crumbs cuz panko was too bulk. - 7/1/11

    Just fantastic and so easy! I froze the sticks for 10 minutes before battering them. I also added a little onion and garlic powders to the bread crumbs. My teen and my husband loved them. Will definitely make them again - 4/3/11
