Introduction

This is a great quick low calorie breakfast that I can make in 10 minutes in the morning. This is a great quick low calorie breakfast that I can make in 10 minutes in the morning.

Ingredients

    1 small totlla
    1 tbsp. salsa
    1 serving of low fat Mexican blend cheese
    2 large egg whites
    cooking spray

Directions

spray small pan or griddle with cooking spray (I use butter flavor for this) Brown tortilla on both sides. Remove from pan/set aside. Scramble egg whites with cheese. move to side & put tortillaback in pan. Place eggs over tortilla then add salsa. Fold over onto it self to resemble taco. Press down to brown then flip & do the same.
