Introduction

A low cal chick pea hummus that does not use tahini.
This recipe is for 10 servings of 1/2 cup each.

Ingredients

    4.5 cups chick peas (2 cans of 540ml = 4.5 cups)
    1/3 cup of lemon juice
    4 tablespoons chopped garlic
    2 tablespoons horse radish
    2 tablespoons chili paste
    2 tablespoons papirkia
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

In a blender or food processor mix together all ingredients.
Use 1 can of chick peas with liquid and put in the other can without liquid.
Blend until smooth.
Chill for 1 hour before serving.
