Ingredients

    1 cup cubed fresh or canned pineapple
    1 banana, sliced
    1/2 cup silken tofu or low-fat yougurt
    1/2 cub frozen fruit concentrate
    1/2 cup water
    2 ice cubes
    1 table spoon wheat or oat bran (optional)

Directions

combine all ingredients into a brender, cover and blend untill creamy. Serve immediately.
