    8 slices of whole wheat bread
    2 cans of 5oz. starkist tuna
    1 tbsp pickle relish
    1/8 cup of red onion
    1/8 cup of celery
    3 tbsp of light miracle whip mayonaise
    1 tbsp of regular mayonaise
    1 tomatoe, sliced
    1 small cucumber sliced


Makes 4 sandwhichs
Chop celery and onions finely, and drain water off of tuna from can. Mix tuna, mayonaise, pickle relish, celery and onions together to make a tuna salad, then add to bread. Top sandwhich with a couple of tomatoe and cucumber slices.
