Ingredients

    2 Haas Avocados, peeled, pitted, and cut into 1" chunks
    2 Ripe, but firm, mangos, peeled and cut into 1" chunks
    1.5 oz (a shot) of lime juice
    A handful of cilantro, chopped
    1 medium scallion (green onion), sliced thin

Directions

Simply chop and toss the ingredients together. Makes a great tropical summer side for any seafood dishes like grilled shrimp, scallops, or salmon!
