Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 15 oz can of Heron Point Seafood Crab Meat
    1 Tbsp minced dried onion
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp parsley
    1 cup gluten free bread crumbs
    1/2 heaping Tbsp Old Bay seasoning

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Form patties and saute' in non-stick pan for 1-2 min each side or until golden brown.
