Introduction

Ingredients

    1.25 lbs ground turkey/ 93% lean
    4 tsp olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup chopped green/red bell peppers
    3- 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
    2 tbsp chili powder
    red pepper flakes to taste
    2- 15 oz cans beans, pinto/kidney

Directions

Brown meat, drain. In separate frying pan add oil, garlic, and all veggies and saute until the onion is translucent and other veggies are getting soft. Add vegetables to meat, add tomatoes and spices, turn up the heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Add beans and simmer an additional 15 minutes.
