Ingredients

    1 can campbell's healthy request tomato Soup (10.75 oz)
    DO NOT ADD WATER to the condensed soup! You want it thick.
    1 cup no salt added Ketchup
    1 cup textured vegetable protein

Directions

Add ingredients to pan and heat until tvp is right texture.
