Introduction

Wonderfully easy and filling. This will really warm you up on a hot day. Some people add baked tortilla strips, mexican cheese, and sour cream, but I prefer it "straight up". Ingredients

    1 16 oz can pinto beans
    1 16 oz can Ranch Style or Chili Beans
    1 8 oz can Ro-Tel
    1 16 oz can sweet corn
    1 8 oz can cut green beans
    24 oz light beer
    1 lb lean ground beef-can substitute ground turkey
    1 0.4 oz packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    1 packet taco seasoning

Directions

Brown and drain ground beef.
Drain and rinse pinto beans.
Strain corn and green beans.
Dump everything together in a pot. You can use more or less beer depending on how soupy you want the mixture.
Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
Let simmer for around 20 minutes.

Makes 8-10 healthy servings
