Ingredients

    * Brown Beans (1 cup), 400 gram(s)
    * Onions, raw, 100 grams
    * Palm Kernel Oil, 54.5 gram(s)
    * Fresh Pepper - Raw, 50 gram(s)
    * Fresh Tomatoe - Raw, 125 gram(s)
    * *Beef Cube - Knorr - 2 cubes = 20 gram (remove)
    * Crayfish (4 tsp = 0.56 oz)
    * Salt, 0.25 tsp

Directions

Makes 5 1 cup servings

Soak beans over night in plain water - 8 hours. Drain water. Slice tomatoe, pepper and onions. Put beans in a saucepan and add fresh water barely covering the beans. Add all ingredients except, salt and oil. Cook beans for 20 minutes. Add salt, stir. Add oil, do not stir. Allow beans to cook for 10 minutes. Stir very well and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
