Introduction

Ingredients

    Ronzoni smart pasta, whole wheat penne
    Green Giant "Steamers" garden vegetable
    skinless chicken thighs
    italian dressing
    salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Make 8 1 cup servings

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken thighs in a shallow baking dish, season with salt and papper and coat with half the italian dressing. Roast until chicken is cooked throughout- about 20 minutes (probe themometer should read 180 for chicken thighs)
Meanwhile, fills tock pot with water and bring to a boil. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Cook vegetables according to package directions. (I used the Steamers version right in my microwave.)
Prepare a casserole dish with a non-stick spray.
Pull cooled chicken from bone and cut into bite sized pieces. Add chicken,pasta, vegetables, remaining italian dressing and cheese to casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, (until warmed throughout).
