Introduction

Ingredients

    4 (4oz) tilapia fillets
    4 gloves of garlic
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 chopped onion
    1 tbsp each of salt, pepper and thyme

Directions

Makes 4 servings. Prep time include marination.

Mix salt, pepper, and thyme

Rub each fillet with 1 crushed garlic clove, then season with salt mixture.

Place fish in a shallow dish. Spoon olive oil over fish, then top with onions. cover and refridgerate over night.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Transfer fish into a 9x13 baking dish along with onions and olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.

    Very Good
    Sometimes I don't have fresh garlic or onion, so the powders come in handy, as well. This time, I dredged each fillet in lemon juice,then coated them in a mixture of the garlic powder, salt, pepper and thyme - a little lemon seems to round out the flavor. - 9/13/10
