Ingredients

    1 wrapped (twine) Pork Butt, trimmed of fat
    20 oz. Spicy Bloody Mary mix
    2-3 Garlic cloves
    1 sliced onion (optional)

Directions

Place garlic and sliced onion in Crock pot. Top with pork butt and pour bloody Mary mix over all. turn on High for 2 hours. Reduce to low and cook for 8 hours (overnight).

Remove meat from juice. Allow to cool slightly and remove twine. Slice or coarsely chop meat.

Allow juice to cool. Skim any fat from top. Return to heat and add meat. Heat to 165 degrees. Serve and enjoy.
