Ingredients

    2 Vine Ripe tomatos
    2 Sundried Tomato (not in nutrition value bc it wasnt in sparkp)
    1/4 red bell pepper
    a few tsp of oregano
    1 date
    1 tbsp fresh giner
    1 garlic clove
    1/4 cup cold pressed olive oil
    1 shallot
    celtic sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Raw fantastic!

Put all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and blend until smooth. Then pour over zucchini "noodles" or anything else you wish!
