Introduction

This recipe comes from The Busy Mom's Dairy-Free SCD Cookbook, by Tina Wade. I did modify it slightly, and anyway I think it deserves to be known far and wide to SCD followers. Ingredients

    2 cups Almond Flour
    3 large Eggs
    1 TBsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Sea Salt
    1 tsp Oregano (and/or other dried green herbs)
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 tsp Onion powder

Directions

Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir lightly. Add all wet ingredients and stir again. You may need to add a little more almond flour. Put olive oil in pizza pan (preferably a deep dish) and press dough evenly onto the pan. Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes. Top with favourite toppings and bake for another 15 minutes.
