Introduction

This is my homemade goulash. It is easy and simple to make. I make this in a big batch so that I can have leftovers throughout the week! This is my homemade goulash. It is easy and simple to make. I make this in a big batch so that I can have leftovers throughout the week!

Ingredients

    1 lb elbow macaroni
    2 lbs lean hamburger
    1 48oz can tomato soup
    1 12oz can tomato sauce
    1 bag (2 1/2c) finely shredded mild cheddar cheese (reduced fat)

Directions

Boil macaroni noodles. While noodles are boiling, brown hamburger. You may add salt and pepper to taste when browning hamburger. After noodles are tender, drain. Drain grease off of hamburger. Combine tomato sauce, tomato soup, hamburger, macaroni, and 1.5 c of cheese into an oven safe bowl. Top with remaining cup of cheese. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 5-10 minutes (until cheese melts).
