Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 Can of favorite tuna.
    About 2 tbsp of Miracle Whip Light (use your own judgement this might be too much or too little for your personal taste)
    8oz. of Pasta, Rings or Small Shell shapes work best.
    1 cup Peas (frozen or canned)
    1 half a clove of Garlic
    5 large Lettuce Leafs (for serving)
    Fresh Parmasean (for garnish)
    Pinch of Salt & Pepper to flavor.

Directions

Cook pasta until about 3/4 of the way cooked add frozen peas, finish cooking. Drain. (IF USING CANNED: cook pasta until finished, drain then add peas)
Add tuna, garlic, miracle whip, salt & pepper. Stir. Make adjustments as needed for flavor.
Refridgerate until cool before eatting,
When dishing up use Lettuce Leafs as a funky "serving dish" on your plate, and sprinkle LIGHTLY with Fresh Parmasean to garnish,
Makes about 5 servings (if following recipe exactly each serving is ONLY 150 calories!)
