Introduction

This is a variation on my original tuna salad sandwich recipe. This recipe does not include any egg and uses Wasa Fiber Rye Crispbreads, which make a good substitution for bread. Ingredients

    5oz can of tuna (in water)
    1/2 tbsp chopped onion
    2 chopped dill spears (approx 1 - 1/2 tbsp)
    1.5 tbsp light or fat free mayo
    4 Wasa Fiber Rye Crispbreads
    1 tomato sliced

Directions

Combine tuna, onion, pickle and mayo in bowl. Separate out tuna evenly onto 4 crispbreads. Top with tomato slices.

Serves 2.

Great with baked potato chips, salad, veggies or fruit.
