Introduction
I was looking for a new veggie side dish for dinner one night and saw Paula making this on TV. I entered her original recipe and it didn't seem too bad. I decided to modify the recipe to see if I could lower the calories and fat and still keep the taste...it worked! You could also add a couple garlic cloves and some fresh basil before serving to make it more of an Italian tasting side dish. Ingredients

28 oz. of Canned Whole Tomatoes, drained
I can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray or Pam Cooking Spray
3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
*2 garlic cloves (optional)
*Fresh Basil (optional)
Directions
Place the drained tomatoes (and garlic - optional) in a 13 by 9-inch casserole dish. Spray with Butter Spray or Pam. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Generously sprinkle the cheese over the tomatoes and broil for 10 to 15 minutes, until the tomatoes are heated through and the cheese is bubbly. Serve warm. (Add some fresh basil on top - optional)
