Ingredients

* Pork Tenderloin, 32 oz
*Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
* Hunt's Ketchup, 2 tbsp
* Brown Sugar, 6 tsp unpacked
* Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
*Lemon Juice, (2 tsp)
*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
* Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
* Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Directions
1. pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. slice pork tenderloin into 8 equal size portions. (about an inch wide) sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper
3. mix all remaining ingredients into a bowl and pour over the meat.
4. cover with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes.
5. after 30 minutes remove cover and bake another 20 minutes or until cooked through.
5. let rest and serve
