Ingredients

    1 large tin of diced tomatoes
    1 bunch of celery, chopped
    2lbs baby carrots, sliced
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
    1 large green bell pepper, chopped
    1 bag frozen cut green beans, or 2 cans
    2 (14.5oz) cans vegetable broth
    1 packet Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup dry mix




Directions

Chop up all fresh vegetables, add them to large pot along with vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, and packet of soup mix. Cover the vegetables wit water and bring to a rolling boil. Continue to boil for 10 minutes, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are soft, usually 30-60 minutes depending on size of vegetables. Enjoy!

    I tried this recipe back in 2006 and i lost 12lb the first week or so. With just that little bit of weight loss i felt healthier and others even notice the change. my co-workers said i had a glow and my whole attitude was better(happier). I just gave up to fast. - 12/3/14
