Ingredients

1 can tuna chuncks on water
    350 grams of pasta (fusilli)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 zucchini, chopped
300 grams of cherry tomatoes, in halves
    200 grams of fresh spinach

Directions

Cook pasta.
Heat the oil in frying pan and bake zucchini for about 5 minutes.
Drain pasta, mix with zucchini, tomato, spinach and tuna (dont add the water of the tuna).

If you think the spinach leaves are to big raw or you just dont like it raw, then add them with zucchini when baking. Use more spinach then (about 350gram) because it shrinks a lot.

For a salad, cool down pasta and zucchini under cold streaming water for 1 minute before draining and adding other ingredientes.

Serve with parmazan cheese if desired.

    Very Good
delicious, even though it's a fish dish - and very good on hot days because it's a cold dish ;) - 6/22/07
