Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
    1 Tbsp cornstrach
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
    1 Tbsp low sodium soya sauce
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp chili paste (sambal oelek)
    1 Tbsp cooking oil
    1 lb Pork Tenderloin, trimmed of fat, cut into 1/4 in slices
    1 cup sliced red pepper
    1 cup thinll sliced onion
    1 cup fresh bean sprouts


Directions

mix first 7 ingredients in a small cup and set aside. Heat oil in a frying pan or wok. Add port strips and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until starting to brown. add red pepper and onions. Stir fry for about 3 minutes, until onion is tender-crisp. Stir cornstarch mixture and add. Heat and stir for about 1 minute until mixture thickens and boils. Add bean sprouts and stir to heat.

Makes about 4 cups
