Ingredients

    2 cups cauliflower (one package frozen)
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

Cook cauliflower according to package (either put in microwave safe dish and heat or use a steamers pack that heats in the package)
add steamed cauliflower to a pot or pan
add whipping cream
cook for about 6 mins
add parmesan cheese and cook until creamy, stirring occasionally.
