Ingredients

    1.5 C. cabbage, shredded
    1 apple, sliced thin
    .25 C. apple juice (or substitute broth or water)
    Cider vinegar (to taste)
    Salt (to taste)

Directions

Place cabbage, apples, and apple juice in medium skillet, cover and cook until tender. Stir in cider vinegar and salt to taste.

Makes 2 servings - about 3/4 C. each
