    12 large eggs
    1 3/4 C flour
    1/4 C flaxseed meal
    2 C skim milk
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 T butter


In large baking dish with deep sides put butter cut into small pieces. Place in oven and set temp. at 375.
In large mixing bowl whisk eggs, milk, salt, and vanilla together until well blended. Slowly add flour to egg mixture while whisking. When oven has reached temp pour in mixture. Bake 35 to 55 minutes or until puffy and lightly browned around edges.
Serve topped with choice of fruits.
makes 12 servings.
