  • Looks great! Unlike some folks, I had no trouble finding the printed recipe or knowing that sometimes a chef will change things up a bit...get out of the box a little, folks😄. Love the idea of adding some apple - 1/31/16

  • Cameraman, please wait till you get a shot of what chef is trying you to close in on before switching. On other videos I've noticed there is something in the way of what chef is showing. Camera work and editing need improvement. - 12/15/15

  • The print recipe from the button below the video is not the same as the recipe in the does not use orange in the soup, only the garnish. The garnish in the video does not contain a serano pepper, yet the printed recipe does. Again, not the same. editorial proofing is needed. - 10/20/15

  • Made butternut soup 4 years using whole squash - neck is where most of squash is. Why peel? Split squash lengthwise, remove seeds & place, skin side up, on bottom part of oiled broiler pan. 375 degree oven roast 45 min or til veg is collapsed and soft. Let cool, scoop out flesh. Add apple 2 soup! - 11/1/12
