Keto Broccoli and Cheese Cauliflower
Steam the 2 steamer Cauliflower bags, and then mash or grate to desired consistency.
Pan fry the the bacon, and set aside.
To make the cheese sauce: Add 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup heavy cream, and cook on med- low, stirring until butter melts. Then add 4 tablespoons of cream cheese and stir well until thoroughly melted and mixed. Then add 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese. Once that is all mixed, add bacon pieces. Combine well and mix in the cauliflower.
