This bar is a great start for a high-fiber, high-protein, vitamin and omega-rich breakfast, or a great satisfying snack. I like to eat these with a piece of fruit and a glass of milk an hour or so before going on a run, or when I'm running out the door with a travel mug full of coffee.
A quick and easy scrambled eggs with Ham and Cheese. To reduce calories and Fat more, use only egg beaters and non-fat cheese.
This smoothie is absolutely delicious and HUGE! I eat this as a replacement for lunch many days. This could easily make two small / medium sized smoothies for snacks or one meal replacement.

This is another very simple raw food recipe, that I eat almost daily.
AWESOME replacement for McDonald's pancake breakfast sandwiches.
Makes 3 servings each with 3/4 cup cereal, 3/4 cup milk, 2 tsp sugar, and 1/4 cup sliced banana.
Sausage links are cut and mixed into a batter of pancake mix which is baked. Serve with Maple syrup and enjoy.

3 cups Kellogs all bran
pour 2.5 cups hot water over, let set 5 minutes
Add 1 box Krusteaz or other brand muffin mix (any flavor) (12 serving size)
add 1.5 teaspoon baking soda
Mix lightly
Makes 17 to 18 muffins Bake 350 15 to 20 minutes
These Blueberry Muffins are always quick to disappear. They are low in saturated fat yet still moist and flavorful. The surprise ingredient in these muffins is yogurt. Yogurt, as you probably know, is good for our bodies plus it has the ability to make muffins tender and moist with an almost bread-like texture. I used homemade lowfat plain yogurt.
