This is a combo from several Spark recipes. It came out well, but as advised from someone, the spinach does dominate. I added a bit extra cheese this time to try and mellow the spinach. Next time I may try a magic crust version instead or just chop the spinach a bit.
This smoothie is a great way to get your serving of flaxseed without having to heat it up and destroy all the the good health benefits. It tastes great and is very filling!
This is a modified muffin recipe from a place called the Blacksmith Inn. I don't like raisins but if you do, feel free to add a half cup.
A mix of yogurt, milk fruits, and spices with flax for Omega 3's. Great hold you meal for breakfast. Add frozen mango or raspberries for fun.
