This is my families Easter bread recipe, modified for use with a bread machine to accommodate a busy lifestyle without sacrificing the taste I grew up with! We don't eat many hard cooked eggs so I leave them out, but have also included instructions for anyone who wants to include them.

Trying to make a healthy Granola with protein, fiber and lots of good for you foods. It included Quinoa, Chia, flax and some soy protein powder, along with Oats, Coconut, Almonds, Walnuts, Peanut butter, honey and some cinnamon, vanilla for flavor.
This is really the best muffin ever plus it is low calorie and healthy. Freeze so you don't eat them all at once! Use any dried fruit, but the cherries are good.
Muffin mix: Combine 1 1/2 cups flour with 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2
teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons baking power. Add 1/3 cup vegetable oil to 1 cup measing cup; add in 1 egg and fill the rest with milk; add to flour mixture. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and stir. 1-2 additional tablespoons of milk may need to be added. Fold in 1 1/4 cup raspberries. Tip* add to muffin cups using ice cream scoop.
Crumb topping: Melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add 1/4 cup sugar, 1/6 cup flour and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir using fork, allowing butter to harden somewhat. Add crumb topping to muffins.
Cook for 20-22 minutes at 400 degrees. Allow to cool completely before removing from muffin pan.
