Convenience food made smart 'n easy. Zesty soup that will fill you up. Even with all these low sodium ingredients, it still seems to pack a bit in there somehow (did not adjust down for rinsing the cannellini beans, may be a good percent of sodium along with the Pace)

Fresh mixed greens, cherry tomatoes topped with Rare roast beef , crumbled blue cheese (1 tsp) and balsamic vinagrette....
This tastes strikingly similar to a popular creamy dressing that graces most fridge door shelves. I also tend to add a pinch of dill and my kids and hubby say they could practically drink this stuff. If it makes them eat more salads and veggies, I'm happy about it. Plus...it's cruelty free. Just make sure you stick with moderation on this recipe.
