This quick and warming cauliflower soup recipe uses the starch in onions and cauliflower to make a creamy soup from puréed vegetables and low-fat milk. It makes a gentle start to a heavier meal, or serve it with crusty bread for a light dinner.

A cold salad of noodles and vegetables in a mildly spicy peanut sauce. Calories are calculated per 100 grams, for ease of use. In practice, we felt 200 grams was a good size for a "portion".
A little twist for those boring salads. This if very filling and satisfying. I use this as a whole meal.
The Turkey Pepperoni and salsa give it a nice kick. I used mild salsa but you can use other salsa's for more kick. I also used reduced fat refried beans and sour cream because that is what I had handy. You can use the fat free and get the same taste with lower fat.
