A fast personal pan pizza that's healthy and quick with a Mediterranean flair.
I created a recipe with natural ingredients to replace Slim Fast shakes. This has a similar nutrition profile and filled me up with 10 grams protein and 8 grams fiber for just 190 calories.
This calls for 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, I use reduced fat. You can also decrease butter to 2 tbs to decrease fat. Finally, I always use wheat macaroni for extra nutrients. By husband and I generally eat this as a meal with veggies on the side
I worked to combine 2 different recipes so added everything except the horseradish and hot mustard. I then added the horseradish to one dish and the hot mustard to the other. We tested them both out - both were good; however, we prefered the mustard version.
